Across Haiti and the diaspora, countless church leaders carry tremendous spiritual passion but often lack access to formal training in governance, leadership, and organizational management.
This gap can lead to unclear vision, governance conflicts, staff burnout, financial mismanagement, and missed opportunities for community impact. Churches struggle not from lack of faith, but from lack of structure.
